Pinellas Podcast LLC hosts user-generated content such as reels, community submissions, photos, and reviews. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on the platform infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
