The "Logic" (Or Lack Thereof) Mothballs are for your grandma’s attic, not a world-class beach. They are essentially pesticide grenades regulated by the Feds. Throwing them on the sand means birds eat them, they wash into the Gulf, and they poison the ecosystem that people pay $400 a night to see.
The Arrest: Officers went to the Plaza Beach Hotel Tuesday morning to take Czyszczon into custody.
Both men are facing felony counts for illegal dumping.
